Call for Papers
In order to present a contribution at FMA 2017, authors can submit either an abstract or a full paper using the following template:
In both cases, the contributions have to be written in English and they should include the following information:
first names and last names of author and co-authors
affiliation
email of the corresponding author
main text with introduction about the context and the main objectives, then successive parts showing methods, results, discussion and conclusions should follow.
Abstract
The maximum length of this type of contribution is one page and it should contain the structure of the presentation the authors aim to do at FMA 2017. Optionally, a second page can be added containing only figures, tables and references.
The abstract will be peer-reviewed and after acceptance a revised version will be included in the proceedings of the workshop.
The authors of accepted abstract contributions will be invited to present their research at the conference either in an oral session or in a poster session.
Full paper
Authors who wish to have a more extensive part of their work published in the FMA 2017 proceedings may send a full paper.
Full papers should have an extension between 4 and 8 pages according to the provided template.
If a full paper is submitted, the paper will be peer-reviewed and after acceptance a revised version will be included in the proceedings of the workshop. In this case, the following information will be added in the final version of the paper: "The full paper was sent to be considered for publication and it was accepted after a peer review process"
The authors of accepted full paper contributions will be invited to present the research at the conference either in an oral session or in a poster session.
How to submit
The submission system is now open. To submit your paper, please go to
https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=fma2017
There you can select your type of submission. The paper deadline (abstract or full paper) is March 20, 2017 March 13, 2017 .
Accepted papers must be presented at the FMA 2017 workshop by one of the authors and, at least, one of the authors must register before the deadline given for author registration. Failure to register before the deadline will result in automatic withdrawal of your paper from the FMA 2017 proceedings and program. While there is no limit to the number of contributions that a single author can submit and possibly present, a single registration may only cover up to two (2) contributions (given that the one who registers is an author of both contributions).
